During my course at Kaplan University we had to undergo an assignment to determine clients' fitness recommendations. They range from teenage to elderly and with different needs. Based off the information we were given we had to make a matrix using FITT principles to decided what they needed to remain healthy. There is an average recommended activity per week of 150 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 minutes vigorous activity for adults and elders. There also must be 2 days of added muscle strengthening. Children should be involved with 60 minutes of activity daily from aerobics, muscle and bone strengthening (CDC, 2015). Given this information I have recreated the project to help you visually understand the breakdown of the FITT principles mentioned earlier.
