EATING UP SOME KNOWLEDGE
This bit of information has a lot to do with what we put in our bodies from the environment its grown in to the nutrition for pregnancy. Food affects multiculturism through the understanding of what some cultures accept as sacred. In some religions such as Hinduism they believe the cow to be sacred therefore refuse to eat red meat. Jewish eat only Kosher foods and do regular fasting for religious cleansings. As a professional it is key to acknowledge these differences to better serve those in the community.
